Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role at our office in HSR Layout, Bengaluru. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visual concepts, breathtaking social media visuals and irresistible performance creatives that we can't scroll past You will be tasked with leading this vertical, ensuring the team is on track in terms of the daily tasks.

We want someone who's willing to think outside the box, and believes that we're only gonna do better in our next campaign We don't get complacent and we want to keep innovating

Requirements:

  • Ideal candidate must have 2 to 4 years of experience in graphic design
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creative and innovative design solutions with the ability to create a design language from scratch, and ensure it is in line with a brand's vision.
  • Proven work showcasing Logo Design, Branding & Packaging (We will be launching many brands from scratch here, so this skill is imperative)
  • Good understanding of creating brand guidelines, social media and performance marketing creatives
  • This is a very crucial role where your inputs, time management and team management will be needed
  • Working knowledge of Canva is a HUGE PLUS We all need that one tool where we can quickly whip up a good creative
  • We encourage the use of AI wherever possible, we want to work smart (as well as work hard)
  • Knowledge of UI/UX design is also a plus, but not mandatory.
