RBKRS is seeking 5 Trainee Company Secretary (as per ICSI Training Guidelines) to join our growing Compliance team. This is an excellent opportunity for aspiring student Company Secretaries to gain hands-on experience in corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and secretarial functions.
Location: Bavdhan, Pune
Duration: As per ICSI guidelines
Start Date: Immediate
Stipend: INR 66,000 p.a.
Key Responsibilities: Ensuring secretarial compliances for the allocated portfolio companies
Preparing & filing ROC/MCA forms, drafting board resolutions, notices & meeting minutes, maintenance of statutory registers and records
Support in compliance checks, audits & legal research
Help with corporate governance documentation
Research and article writing
Assist in Mergers and Acquisitions including NBFCs
Secretarial Audits , XBRL filings and due diligences
IPR management, agreement vetting and drafting
Nidhi Compliances
Assist in CSR and POSH consulting and compliances
Who Can Apply: Pursuing CS (ICSI) – Professional level (EDP completed)
Strong communication and drafting skills
Basic knowledge of Companies Act, 2013 & Secretarial Standards
Detail-oriented and eager to learn
