AEO/GEO SpecialistExperience:- 2-3 YearsLocation:- Gurgaon Sector 48About the Role:We are looking for a proactive AEO/GEO Specialist to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in optimizing websites for Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and Geographical SEO (GEO targeting) . You’ll work closely with clients to improve their online visibility across voice search, map listings, and localized search results.This role requires someone who can handle client communications confidently, manage multiple projects, and deliver measurable SEO results.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) strategies to improve visibility in voice search and featured snippets.Plan and execute GEO/Local SEO strategies for multi-location clients and businesses.Optimize Google Business Profiles (GBP), citations, and local listings.Perform keyword research focusing on location-based and intent-driven queries.Manage and analyze performance metrics using Google Analytics, Search Console, and third-party SEO tools.Collaborate with content, design, and web teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented.Stay updated on the latest SEO and AEO trends, algorithm updates, and local ranking factors.Communicate directly with clients, present reports, and provide actionable insights.Prepare monthly performance reports and share growth recommendations.Requirements:2–3 years of hands-on experience in AEO, Local SEO, and Technical SEO .Proven experience optimizing for voice search, featured snippets, and local rankings .Strong understanding of Google My Business, local citations, schema markup , and NAP consistency.Excellent command of written and spoken English .Comfortable attending client calls, understanding requirements, and providing strategic inputs.Proficient in tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, BrightLocal , etc.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.Agency experience preferred.Nice to Have:Knowledge of AI-driven search (Gemini, ChatGPT Search, SGE) optimizations.Experience in handling international/local business clients.Understanding of conversion tracking and CRO basics .What We Offer:Dynamic agency environment with learning and growth opportunities.Collaborative and supportive work culture.
