The role involves providing technical expertise, improving processes, and ensuring high-quality, reliable designs that meet performance and safety standards. Responsibilities · Lead mechanical design and development of parts, assemblies, and systems. · Conduct engineering analysis including stress, thermal, and tolerance studies. · Drive process improvements to enhance product quality and reduce costs. · Collaborate with cross-functional teams including electrical, manufacturing, and quality engineering. · Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies. · Prepare engineering documentation, specifications, and change orders. Qualifications: · Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (Master’s preferred). · 7+ years of experience in mechanical engineering or related field. · Strong proficiency in AutoCAD “Inventor”. · Experience with mechanical analysis and simulation (FEA, thermal). · Demonstrated ability to solve complex engineering challenges with minimal supervision. · Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
