Job Overview-

We are seeking a skilled and confident Telecaller to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in telecalling, excellent communication skills in English, and a proactive approach to customer engagement.

Key responsibilities-

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers and existing leads.
  • Explain company services clearly and convincingly.
  • Handle inbound queries professionally and promptly.
  • Maintain a daily call log and report call outcomes.
  • Follow up with prospects and assist in lead conversion.
  • Collaborate with the sales and operations team to streamline client onboarding.

Requirements-

  • Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a telecalling or customer support role.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written) is a must.
  • Good interpersonal skills and confidence in handling clients.
