Hello everyone,

We are hiring for Record to Report (GL-Financial Package) at Assistant Manager and Lead Assistant Manager level.

Experience- 4+ years (No Team Management Experience) for AM

6-8 years (Team Management Experience Required on Papers) for LAM

Location- Noida

Work Mode- Hybrid

Shifts- UK and US

Notice Period- Immediate to 30 days only

Job Description-

- The position requires oversight of the transactional team and responsibility for accounting and reporting requirements. Duties to include but not limited to:- Preparation of financials i.e., cash flow, balance sheet, P&L statement.- Management of financial period close activities within agreed time lines and management reporting.- Review of Balance sheet and Intercompany reconciliations.- Ensuring completeness and accuracy of intercompany transactions, resolving errors/exceptions.- Work with Treasury on fund management.- Coordinate activities between Accounts Payable, receivable and Treasury departments.- Review and maintenance of Fixed Assets.- Follow-up with lines of business and stakeholders for closure of accounting open items.- Maintain data and records in accordance with accounting standards & principles and provide accounting records for review by internal and external audits.
