Agile Project Manager

- Lead Agile software development initiatives, serving as both Project Manager and Scrum Master across cross-functional teams
- Manage the entire Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC) from requirements gathering and analysis to design, development, deployment, and post-launch support
- Coordinate with distributed teams including Business Analysts, UI/Backend Developers, QA, DevOps, and Support to ensure seamless execution
- Drive Agile ceremonies : Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Retrospectives, Reviews/Demos, and backlog grooming
- Deliver projects under Fixed Price and Time & Material (T&M) engagement models, ensuring scope, timeline, and budget adherence
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to manage expectations, provide transparent status updates, and ensure alignment with business goals
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, blockers, and dependencies to maintain delivery momentum
- Champion software development best practices, coding standards, and architectural guidelines across teams
- Facilitate communication between business and technical teams by understanding high-level architecture and system design
- Leverage working knowledge of Angular and to validate technical solutions, support decision-making, and unblock development teams
