Urgently Hiring Compliance Admin Executive

Job Description:
MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Review sales and project-related documents to ensure compliance with all sales and project administration processes and internal compliance guidelines.
• Report compliance issues to the relevant responsible/department in a timely manner.
• Previous experience in admin roles. Candidates with experience in document management, legal research, or administrative support may be given preference.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Qualifications:
• Business administration, communication or other related field preferred.
Skills:
• Attention to Detail: strong attention to detail to ensure that all documents related to a sale are fully compliant.
• Organizational Skills: strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Shift Timing: 4:30 AM to 12:30 PM (Australian Shift)
