EdgeUp is a cutting-edge AI-powered learning platform built for competitive exam coaching centres (UPSC, PSC, SSB, RRB) as well as schools, colleges, and universities. We're looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer to establish our infrastructure foundation and scale our platform to support
1M+ concurrent users
during peak exam periods.

What You'll Do:

  • Establish
    DevOps best practices
    and
    CI/CD pipelines
    for automated deployment across environments
  • Design and implement
    scalable cloud infrastructure
    on
    AWS/Huawei Cloud
    platforms
  • Deploy and manage
    containerized applications
    using
    Docker
    and orchestration platforms
  • Automate deployment processes for
    PWA
    ,
    backend
    , and
    AI/ML services
  • Implement comprehensive
    monitoring, alerting, and logging
    with observability standards
  • Manage
    MongoDB and PostgreSQL
    clustering, replication, and performance optimization
  • Implement security best practices:
    OAuth 2.0
    ,
    AES-256 encryption
    , and
    MFA

What We're Looking For:

  • 3+ years
    hands-on experience in
    DevOps/SRE
    with production systems
  • Strong expertise in
    AWS and/or Huawei Cloud
    services and infrastructure
  • Proficiency with
    Docker containerization
    and orchestration platforms
  • Experience with
    CI/CD implementation
    using
    GitHub Actions, GitLab CI
    , or Jenkins
  • Database management
    experience with both
    MongoDB and PostgreSQL
  • Solid
    Linux system administration
    skills and command-line proficiency
  • Scripting languages:
    Python and Bash
    for automation and infrastructure management
  • Understanding of security implementations and
    infrastructure as code
