Associate Director - Technical Delivery (Data & Analytics ) – CoimbatoreJob Title: Technical Delivery Associate Director – Data & AnalyticsLocation: CoimbatoreExperience: 12-15 YearsEducation: Bachelor’s / Master’s in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or relatedAbout the RoleWe are hiring a Technical Delivery Associate Director in Coimbatore with a specialized focus on Data Engineering, Data Analytics, Cloud Data Platforms, BI, and AI-driven insights.The ideal candidate will lead data transformation programs, architect data solutions, mentor technical teams, and ensure delivery excellence across analytics, governance, and data modernization portfolios.If you are a hands-on leader with strong experience managing enterprise-scale data initiatives, this is the right opportunity for you.✅ Key ResponsibilitiesData & Analytics Delivery LeadershipOversee end-to-end delivery of data engineering, data analytics, and BI programs.Develop data delivery frameworks, KPIs, quality gates, and governance playbooks.Project & Technical OversightLead projects across data pipelines, ETL/ELT, cloud data warehousing, big data platforms, and real-time analytics.Provide technical guidance in Azure Data Factory, AWS Glue, Snowflake, Databricks, Spark, Python.People ManagementLead multidisciplinary data teams (data engineers, analysts, architects).Manage hiring, team ramp-up/ramp-down, delivery capacity planning.Client & Stakeholder CollaborationOwn senior stakeholder relationships, ensuring alignment of business and technical outcomes.Review data strategies, solution architectures, and roadmap execution.Governance, Risk & QualityDrive strong delivery governance, documentation practices, and risk control.Ensure data quality, lineage tracking, validation frameworks, and security compliance.AI & Intelligent AutomationProvide strategic understanding of AI Agents, advanced analytics, and ML enablement.✅ Required Skills & Qualifications12+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics delivery, or data platform leadership.Hands-on expertise with Azure/AWS data stacks, distributed processing, SQL/Python, ETL/ELT frameworks.Strong understanding of BI tools (Power BI/Tableau), data governance, metadata, and MDM.Experience managing large-scale enterprise data initiatives.Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management capability.How to ApplyInterested candidates MAY APPLY via LinkedIn.Salary Budget - 40-45 Lakhs Annually
