Applications Developer- Lead

Description Lead, Application Developer- Enterprise Applications   What You’ll Do: Design, develop, and optimize secure integrations of third-party SaaS applications with Microsoft Entra ID and application lifecycle management.  Build and maintain automation solutions using Power Automate, Power Apps, and Copilot Studio to support business use cases. Develop conversational bots and AI-powered agents using Copilot Studio, integrating with internal knowledge bases and external APIs. Define standards, patterns, and documentation for integration architectures, ensuring scalability, compliance, and operational excellence. Leverage Azure AI Foundry, Azure Logic Apps, and Microsoft Graph API to extend and enrich identity and SaaS integrations. Troubleshoot integration failures and performance bottlenecks, collaborating with vendors and internal teams for resolution Hands-on experience with APIs in general but specifically with Microsoft Graph API. Experience developing custom scripts in PowerShell, Python and C# Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues with vendors and internal teams. Stay updated on Microsoft’s roadmap (especially Entra, Power Platform, Graph API, Integration capabilities) and industry best practices, ensuring forward-compatible design choices. Who You Are & What Makes You Qualified  7–9 years of experience as an Integration Developeror similar role. Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID, including development and Enterprise tools as well.  Proficient in Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) and Copilot Studio for building automation and AI-based workflows. Working knowledge of Microsoft Graph API, Azure Logic Apps, and API integration patterns. Strong knowledge of enterprise integration patterns, security best practices, and cloud-first automation principles Experience with Azure AI services and AI Foundry or similar platforms. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, Cloud IT environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
