Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Client Servicing Manager - Events located in Mumbai. The Client Servicing Manager will manage client relationships, coordinate with internal teams, and oversee the planning and execution of events. Day-to-day tasks include understanding client requirements, presenting event ideas, managing budgets, and ensuring successful event execution. The role requires strong communication and organizational skills to ensure client satisfaction and seamless event delivery.

Qualifications

  • Event Planning, Event Management, and Client Relationship skills
  • Experience in Event Strategy, Conceptualization, and Design
  • Strong Communication, Organizational, and Budget Management skills
  • Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Knowledge of the events industry and trends
  • Experience with national and international event execution is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field will be preferred
