Responsibilities and Qualifications :


  1. Test SAP BRIM (SOM, CI, CC) using FIORI application, Test SAP OTC and RAR modules
  2. Develop a comprehensive framework for software testing, and organize testing activities for new and existing releases
  3. Coordinate with other QA Leads, project managers, development managers, system administrators, architects and DBA members
  4. Lead and develop functional, system, regression, load, integration, and performance test scenarios
  5. Collaborate with development leads and business analysts to design and create test data required to drive test scenarios
  6. Run test execution for assigned projects, which includes monitoring of the test execution progress, Defect resolution, issue management
  7. Maintain the overall quality of Project Deliverables and oversee all stages of testing
  8. Oversee integration, functional, system, regression, load, integration, performance, and UAT test scenarios
  9. Incorporate industry quality assurance testing standards, best practices, and tools into ServiceNow environment
  10. BS/BA in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Computer Engineering, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience
  11. 5+ years experience testing SAP OTC, RAR and SAP BRIM applications
  12. Proficiency in SAP GUI, FIORI, RAR, OTC and BRIM.
  13. 5+ years of experience in quality assurance, with a thorough knowledge of software development life cycle principles and quality assurance methodology
  14. 5+ years of experience in working with developers, project and release managers, system administrators, business analysts, and database administrators
  15. Significant background in application design and programming, with a full comprehension of SDLC and the ability to understand trace matrices
  16. Strong analytical skills and broad knowledge of the applications supported
  17. Significant direct experience and knowledge of quality assurance for various applications, web platforms, reporting, and analytics
  18. Expert knowledge of quality assurance methodology experience such as Continuous Integration and test driven development
  19. Previous experience managing multiple projects, conducting project risk assessments, and communicating these assessments
  20. Proven experience and understanding of all phases of the development lifecycle including: scoping, requirements, design, construction, integration, and testing
  21. Proficiency with test automation tools (i.e., Unified Functional Test (UFT), LoadRunner, etc.) and Test Management Tools (i.e., Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), etc.)
  22. Excellent communication skills (written and oral) and problem-solving ability
  23. Proven experience leading a team of QA engineers
