In this role, you’ll be the first line of defense for ERP-related issues, helping teams across Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Inventory resolve challenges quickly and effectively. What You’ll Be Doing: Serve as the first line of support for Business Central users across multiple departments. Log, analyze, and categorize incoming support tickets with accuracy. Troubleshoot issues related to roles, access, navigation, reporting, and data entry. Support master data setup for Vendors, Customers, and Items. Perform basic system configurations under supervision. Escalate complex functional and technical issues to Level 2 teams when necessary. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolutions. Maintain updated documentation and contribute to the internal knowledge base. What You Bring to the Table: Bachelor’s degree (BCA, B.Sc, B.Tech preferred). 0–2 years of experience in ERP or Application Support. Basic familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics NAV or Business Central. Strong customer service orientation, communication skills, and analytical abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is an added advantage. Willingness to work in shifts when required. Why Boutiqaat?
