Key Responsibilities

Social Media Video Production

• Shoot faculty reels, student testimonials, event highlights, and day-to-day academy content for Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, etc.
• Create short-form content (Reels, Shorts, Stories) optimized for social platforms.
• Suggest creative ideas and trends for better reach & engagement.

Recording & Editing

• Record classroom snippets, interviews, and promo clips.
• Edit videos (basic cuts, subtitles, transitions, branding elements).
• Ensure videos are mobile-friendly and social-media-ready.
• Content Coordination
• Work closely with the marketing team to plan shoots and release schedules.
• Capture behind-the-scenes and spontaneous content for trending posts.

Equipment Handling

• Operate cameras, tripods, microphones, and lighting setups.
• Maintain and organize media files for easy access.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in video shooting & editing (social media content preferred).
• Familiarity with editing tools (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
• Awareness of Instagram & YouTube trends (hooks, transitions, trending audio).
• Creative eye for framing, storytelling, and aesthetics.
• Ability to work under deadlines & adapt quickly.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in social media content creation.
• Knowledge of DSLR / mirrorless cameras and mobile shooting techniques.
• Passion for content creation and growing a digital brand.
