Designation : Executive People Experience Partner

Experience : 1-3 years

Location: Ahmedabad


Job Description :

As People X partner at Company you will-

● Responsible for the end to end employee life cycle in SCM facilities in the state

● Partner with Operational managers to create a culture that supports business

growth.

● Performing data analysis and reporting solutions based on business needs

● Proposing HR initiatives in line with business objectives of business

● Supports HR deliverables and guiding unit HR for sourcing and hiring

strategies, performance management, compensation, employee relations &

engagement etc

● Conducting periodic review to measure the HR deliverables.

● Planning and supporting day-to- day operations as well as on-going process

improvement.

● Own employee Net Promoter Score & Employee safety .

● Consulting with line management and providing daily HR guidance &

Conducts weekly meetings with respective business units.

● Partners with the legal department & vendors ,maintains in-depth knowledge

of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees,

reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.

● Performs other related duties as assigned.

An ideal candidate for this role is someone who has-

● Proven strong foundation and knowledge of principles & practice of HR including

employment law & compliance requirements.

● 4 to 6 yrs of experience in similar role ,preferably in e-commerce supply chain .

● Super motivated, go-getter, willingness to go on ground.

● Ability to interact with different functions - operations / finance etc.

● Ability to handle a team of 3 to 5 members.

● Basic data handling skills and excel skills; ability to set processes on the ground.
