We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Content Creator to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about digital storytelling, understands social media trends, and can create engaging content that builds brand presence and drives audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and publish engaging content (posts, reels, videos, stories, graphics, blogs) across all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube, etc.).
  • Develop social media calendars and strategies aligned with brand goals.
  • Monitor trends, hashtags, and industry updates to produce relevant and timely content.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to align messaging.
  • Engage with the audience by responding to comments, DMs, and community interactions.
  • Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and prepare reports.
  • Experiment with new formats and creative ideas to boost visibility.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a social media content creator, digital marketer, or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and best practices.
  • Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, CapCut, Premiere Pro, etc.).
  • Basic knowledge of SEO, analytics tools, and social media advertising is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and storytelling skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Creativity, adaptability, and a keen eye for aesthetics.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
  • Experience with influencer marketing, paid campaigns, or community building.
  • Familiarity with analytics platforms (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.).
