Role Overview

We are looking for a
dynamic Sales Manager – Banking Partnerships
to build and strengthen relationships with banks, insurance partners, and their merchant networks. This role is focused on promoting our financial products, driving new partnerships, growing existing portfolios, and implementing sales strategies to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary liaison between partner banks and internal teams for smooth operations.
  • Manage end-to-end partner relationships, including tailoring products to meet partner needs.
  • Grow the existing portfolio of banking partners by enhancing offerings.
  • Identify and acquire new banking partners for payment and financial products.
  • Conduct strategic discussions with partners to establish win–win collaborations.
  • Perform market research to identify opportunities and support product development.
  • Track competitor activities and provide insights to stay ahead in the market.
  • Represent the organization at seminars, exhibitions, tech days, and customer visits.
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline of leads and opportunities.
  • Work closely with technical and support teams to ensure seamless onboarding and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in
    business development/sales
    within
    banking, financial services, or merchant acquiring
    .
  • Strong relationship management, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to create and execute strategic sales plans.
  • Good understanding of
    banking, payments, and financial products
    .
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Prior
    merchant acquiring experience
    will be a strong advantage.
