Job Overview The role of Spa Manager at FracSpace Private Limited involves managing and overseeing spa operations in our Hyderabad location. This mid-level, full-time position requires a maximum of 3 years of work experience in a similar role. As a Spa Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving business growth. A strong background in operational management and team mentorship is essential. Qualifications and Skills Proven experience in spa operations, including staff management and client relations (Mandatory skill). Expertise in employee training is crucial to enhance team performance and service standards (Mandatory skill). Client retention skills to maintain and grow a loyal customer base (Mandatory skill). Solid knowledge in budgeting to effectively manage financial resources and achieve revenue targets. Ability to develop marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and client engagement. Experience in vendor management, ensuring quality service and product delivery. Proficient in scheduling to optimize staff allocation and service availability. Excellent communication skills to facilitate effective interaction with clients and team members. Roles and Responsibilities Manage day-to-day operations of the spa, ensuring a high standard of service delivery. Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets. Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to identify and recruit top sales talent for the spa. Mentor employees to help them achieve individual and team objectives, fostering a positive work environment. Implement marketing and service programs to increase client retention and satisfaction. Oversee vendor contracts and partnerships to ensure optimal service and supply. Monitor financial performance, setting budgets and tracking expenses to maximize profitability. Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations specific to spa operations.
