Job Title: Senior Software EngineerLocation: Hyderabad (On-site) Full TimeTimings: 12pm-9pmJob Description:Role Overview:Deliver high-quality solutions through technical excellence, leadership, planning, and cross-team collaboration. Drive architecture improvements, innovation, and robust process adherence to support organizational goals and client satisfaction.Key Responsibilities & KRAs:- Deliver features/modules on time with- Provide solution docs for each delivery; maintain code comments and project wiki.- Lead and review code, enforce standards; achieve high code review approval rates.- Propose and evaluate architecture changes, pilot new technologies and POCs.- Improve estimation accuracy, log risks, complete compliance audits.- Mentor junior engineers, deliver knowledge docs, and foster technical growth.- Participate in meetings, contribute to stakeholder engagement and satisfaction.- Plan infra, oversee deployment, ensure successful rollouts and documentation.Required Skill Set & Tools (Trending 2025):- Programming Languages:- C#, Java Script/Type Script- Frameworks & Libraries:-.
