Recruitment Specialist

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Recruitment Specialist to manage end-to-end hiring for our clients across industries. The ideal candidate should have experience in mid-level / senior hiring in IT and Non IT and the ability to work in a fast-paced staffing environment.Work Location : Andheri West, 7 Bungalows, Work from OfficeResponsibilitiesManage the complete recruitment cycle: sourcing → screening → scheduling → offer negotiation → joiningSource candidates using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn), social media, references & internal databaseUnderstand client job requirements and share relevant profiles within agreed timelinesCoordinate interviews and maintain strong follow-up with candidates and hiring managersBuild and maintain a healthy candidate pipeline for recurring job mandatesMaintain daily MIS and trackers related to hiring statusEnsure excellent candidate experience and smooth onboardingAchieve monthly closure & quarterly revenue targetsSkills & Competencies✔ Strong communication & interpersonal skills✔ Ability to manage multiple mandates & work under deadlines✔ Good negotiation & convincing skills✔ Proficiency in job portals & sourcing tools✔ Target / performance-driven attitudePreferred BackgroundPrior experience in Sales, Staffing, Recruitment Agency, or RPO environment is mandatoryExperience in hiring across IT / Non-IT / BFSI / Manufacturing / FMCG / Logistics will be an added advantage
