Job Description : UI/UX Developer 1. Experience: · Proven experience in UI/UX design and development. · Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects. · Experience in gathering user requirements and conducting user research. · Familiarity with agile development methodologies. · Knowledge of best practices in UI/UX design and accessibility. · Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams. · Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes. 2. Good to have: · Very High Level understanding about gen AI landscape · Understanding of modern build tools such as Vite, microbundler, parcel · Understanding of automated testing using Cypress/Cucumber/Gherkin 3. Day-to-Day Activities: · Collaborate with stakeholders to gather user requirements and understand business objectives. · Design and develop wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs. · Implement UI/UX designs using HTML, CSS, and Java Script. · Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback. · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate UI/UX designs into applications. · Provide technical guidance and support to the development team. · Conduct code reviews and ensure compliance with coding standards. · Troubleshoot and resolve UI/UX-related technical issues. · Stay up to date with UI/UX design trends and best practices. Qualifications: · Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Graphic Design, or a related field. · Proven experience in UI/UX design and development. · Additional certifications in UI/UX design or related fields are a plus. Soft Skills: · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. · Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. · Attention to detail and a focus on user experience. · Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and cross-functional environment. · Creativity and an eye for visual design. · Time management and organizational skills. · Adaptability and flexibility in handling changing project requirements.
