We are looking for:
Group CFO
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our leadership team at Credvest, a real estate company in Bangalore. The Group CFO will play a pivotal role in steering the financial direction of the company, ensuring sustainable growth, optimizing financial performance, and driving business strategy across all divisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Strategy & Leadership:
Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company’s growth and expansion goals.
Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and Board of Directors based on financial analysis and projections.
Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting activities across the group.
Ensure effective financial governance and compliance with relevant regulations.
Capital Management:
Manage the company’s capital structure, ensuring optimal capital allocation and returns on investment.
Oversee fundraising activities, including debt and equity financing, to support growth initiatives.
Maintain strong relationships with investors, banks, and financial institutions.
Financial Operations & Risk Management:
Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, treasury, tax, and audit functions.
Develop and implement robust internal controls to safeguard the company’s assets and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring the long-term financial stability of the organization.
Performance Management:
Monitor financial performance against strategic objectives and KPIs, driving continuous improvement.
Collaborate with business units to optimize cost structures and improve profitability.
Lead the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and accountability.
Qualifications:
Education: Chartered Accountant (CA)
Experience:
Minimum 15+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a CFO role.
Experience in the real estate sector is highly preferred.
Proven track record in capital raising, financial restructuring, and managing investor relations.
