Job Title: Website Manager
Key Responsibilities
 Work closely with the tech team to articulate business requirements and ensure timely quality delivery.
 Hands-on execution for website configuration modifications for CMS, cataloguing, email templates, etc.
 Competitor analysis and suggestions for user journey improvements and enhancements to the platform
 Deep analysis of user behaviour on the site with an understanding of drop-offs, cart abandonment, fast-moving products, top categories, etc using Google Analytics.
 Working closely with the SEO team to analyse and improve the organic traffic to website through continuous improvements
 Work closely with the marketing team sharing inputs on consumer behaviour and driving campaigns via the platform.
 Test the website to ensure responsiveness and efficiency
 Experience with multiple plugins, themes, and Shopify listing knowledge is an added advantage
 Managing and websites.
 API integration Skills and developing new pages based on company requirements.
 Optimizing the website in terms of load, speed & databases.
 Making sure that the website and the data of the students enrolling is secure.
 Enough knowledge of Google Analytics & Google Tag Manager to support all lead generation activities such as campaign tracking paid advertisement attribution, etc.
 Collaborate with all staff and management to ensure the website aligns with brand strategy and meets the organization’s standards.
Skills and Experience:
 Must have at least 3 – 5 years of experience building/managing websites and managing plugins and integrations between website platforms and other 3rd party systems.
 Strong understanding & knowledge of optimising websites and 3rd party platforms.
 Design skills are a plus.
Qualification:
 Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, BCA, MCA, Or Information Technology.
