Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy AI-driven solutions for healthcare and revenue cycle management (RCM) use cases. This role focuses on building production-grade LLM-powered systems, embedding-based retrieval solutions, and scalable AI services integrated with cloud platforms. You will work closely with product, analytics, and engineering teams to translate complex business problems into robust AI solutions. Role: AI Engineer AI Experience: 3+ years Total Experience: 5+ years Availability: Immediate to 30 days Work Mode: Hybrid No of Positions : 6 Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, build, and deploy AI-driven solutions using Python and OpenAI APIs Develop and optimize prompt engineering strategies for production use cases Implement embedding-based search and retrieval systems using vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone) Build and fine-tune models for predictive RCM and healthcare analytics use cases Develop LangChain/LangGraph-based workflows for multi-step AI orchestration Build and expose REST APIs for model inference and AI services Integrate AI solutions with Azure AI Services and Databricks for scalable deployment Collaborate with product, analytics, and engineering teams to deliver production-grade AI solutions Required Skills & Qualifications4+ years of hands-on experience in Python development Strong experience with OpenAI API integration and prompt engineering Working knowledge of vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone) Experience in model training and fine-tuning Practical experience with LangChain/LangGraph and LLM-based pipelines Strong understanding of RESTful API development Experience with Azure AI Services and Databricks is a strong plus Prior exposure to RCM / healthcare analytics is highly desirable Work ModelHybrid — flexibility to work across on-site and remote settings based on project and team needs.
