Our goal is to bridge AI and dentistry by enabling intelligent analysis, automated reporting, and data-driven treatment planning through robust, clinically validated AI systems. ⸻ Role Overview As a Staff ML Engineer (Computer Vision), you will lead the design, development, and scaling of Krinos AI’s production AI stack — from data pipelines to cloud deployment. This role combines technical depth, architecture ownership, and real-world product impact, forming the foundation of AI innovation in dentistry. ⸻ Key Responsibilities • Architect, develop, and maintain ML pipelines for training and inference at scale. • Build and optimize real-time cloud workflows for production AI services. • Lead dataset creation, annotation management, and pre/post-processing systems. • Implement distributed training frameworks and automated CI/CD pipelines. • Collaborate with research and product teams to integrate models into clinical systems. • Optimize models for inference (quantization, pruning, Tensor RT). • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to Krinos AI’s technical roadmap. ⸻ Qualifications • 4–6 years of experience in ML systems, cloud infrastructure, or large-scale model deployment. • Strong programming skills in Python (and optionally Go, C++, or Java). • Deep expertise in Computer Vision and ML model optimization. • Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, Argo CD, and CI/CD automation. • Experience with distributed training and serving on AWS/GCP/Azure. • Solid database knowledge (Postgres, Mongo DB, Big Query). • Proven experience with Py Torch and scalable ML frameworks. ⸻ What We Offer • Opportunity to lead ML initiatives in healthcare AI. • Work with multimodal 2 D/3 D dental datasets (X-rays, CBCT). • Mentorship from domain and research experts. • Flexible, innovation-driven work culture. • Potential for patents, publications, and leadership growth. ⸻ Culture at Krinos AI We are a cross-disciplinary team of engineers, researchers, and clinicians redefining dental diagnostics.
