Scope : Individual contributor

Key Responsibilities :

Responsible for concept development and growing the category of Acoustics and help position the brand as an expert and thought leader in the segmentDevelop and deploy tools, softwares, templates and other sales enablers to aid sales team for solutions pitch and project conversionsRegular bench marking of products and solutions performance of own, competitors' and substitute offerings, with strong understanding on applications and spaces across sectorsConducting regular training sessions to different types of stakeholders (Internal & External) for enhancing awareness on the categoryConduct market research to identify, evaluate and pilot business opportunities on products, solutions, services, sectors etc for establishing acoustics portfolio as a revenue contributorIdentification of gap areas in current product and system solutions and develop enhanced offeringsMarketing activities like – development of collaterals, digital content, PR content and advocacy and their corresponding BTL activations.Work along with government bodies, policy makers and trend setters towards drafting standards and guidelines for acousticsCollaborating with SGRI, Central teams and other group companies for projects related to acoustic comfortDevised stakeholder specific engagement plan for business growth

Desired Candidate Profile :

Education Qualification (UG) : Engineer.Education Qualification (PG) : MBA (Preferred)Minimum years of experience : 4-10 years of relevant experience.Nature of Experience : • Experience in working with different internal (Sales & Marketing, Design & technical, R&D) and external (Architects, Contractors, Consultants, Developers , Govt preferably) stakeholders. Prior experience working in acoustics background or building sciences equivalent would be an added advantage .
