Proactively seek and identify growth opportunities within the assigned Top Customers, Potential Top Customers, and Strategic Accounts. Fulfill these growth opportunities with our Top Products. Log all opportunities in the Sales Pipeline tool and update information on a weekly basis such that accurate forecast information is available for management to review at any given time. Proactively meet customer needs with Top Products, and where necessary, creatively migrate customer needs from Bottom to Top Products. Draft and provide project quotes onto customers. Align efforts with Field Service Technician in India to ensure good communication and follow-up provided to customers. Oversee and manage the India Sales and agent network to ensure each group identifies key opportunities in their respective territory and fulfills their annual bookings target, while delivering profitable growth. Participate in Team meetings and share information about your Top Customers, new applications, new competitive information, new trends, etc. Actively seek information about our competitor's products and services and feedback to our Product Development team. Use the information to develop differentiating value-added propositions. Actively look for ways to simplify your tasks. Beginning with customer need, proactively guide the customer towards a more simplified, less complex solution that will provide less complexity in our manufacturing, reducing lead times. Define and implement tactics to increase our company’s share-of-wallet at each of the assigned Top Customer Plan regular visits to assigned Top Customers to discuss the state of the business and plan how to achieve budget plan.
