We seek a dedicated and knowledgeable Embedded Systems Engineer to join our dynamic team.

Job Description:The ideal candidate will work closely with our product team, taking the lead in providing comprehensive technical documentation for all products featured on our website. The role also involves problem-solving technical issues for our customers, ensuring they achieve the maximum utility from our products.

Responsibilities:Create and manage technical documentation for all our electronics and robotic products to ensure all information on our website is accurate, comprehensive, and user-friendly.Use technical expertise to handle and solve customer queries and problems related to our products.Assist in developing technical manuals, how-to guides, and other customer-facing material.Maintain current knowledge of embedded systems' latest trends and developments.Conduct thorough product testing to understand and document its capabilities, limitations, and use cases.Provide training to customer service teams about product functionalities and troubleshooting.Conduct research and stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in robotics.

Requirements:A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, robotics, or a related field.Hands-on experience with OpenCV, PCL/Open3D are a plus.Experience with ROS1 and/or ROS2.Hands-on experience with real robots and perception sensors such as time-of-flight cameras, 2D/3D LIDAR, and stereo cameras.Experience with different communication protocols such as modbus, CAN bus, UART, etcAt least three years of experience in a related field of embedded systems.Experience with various microcontrollers and hardware platforms.Understanding of any Linux OS. Troubleshooting skills are a plus.Proficiency in C, Python, and other relevant programming languages.Excellent problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.Experience in writing user-friendly technical documentation and manuals.Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.Proven ability to work well in a team environment and maintain professional relationships with various stakeholders.
