Our mission is to deliver measurable growth through technology, creativity, and data-driven precision.Role OverviewWe’re looking for an Account Manager who can bridge the gap between clients and our delivery teams. You’ll oversee multiple accounts, ensure high-quality execution across web, creative, and PPC projects, and drive client satisfaction through proactive strategy and communication.Key Responsibilities- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients across web, creative, and performance campaigns.- Translate client goals into actionable project briefs for internal teams (designers, developers, media specialists).- Oversee project delivery timelines, budgets, and quality standards.- Develop and present campaign performance reports with actionable insights.- Coordinate with project managers and creative leads to maintain smooth cross-functional delivery.- Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and support revenue growth within existing accounts.- Maintain deep understanding of digital trends — including web UX, brand storytelling, and paid media metrics.Requirements- 3–6 years of experience in digital account management, preferably within an agency environment.- Working knowledge of web development workflows (WordPress, Shopify, or custom stacks).- Strong grasp of performance marketing fundamentals (Google Ads, Meta Ads, basic analytics).- Excellent communication, client handling, and presentation skills.- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.- Data-minded, proactive, and skilled at connecting creative execution with business outcomes.
