Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong partnerships with colleges, fostering the adoption of digital education solutions via our proprietary portal – Digital Fundas.
Conduct regular visits to colleges , understanding their needs and requirements, and identifying opportunities for collaboration.
Act as the primary point of contact for college administrators and faculty, addressing their queries and providing guidance on the implementation of digital education programs.
Coordinate and organize meetings, workshops, and training sessions with colleges to create awareness and adoption of our portal while enhancing engagement in our initiatives.
Collaborate with internal teams to customize digital education solutions based on the specific requirements and constraints of partner colleges.
Deliver demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our digital education portal to college stakeholders.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our digital education program in partner colleges, collect feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
Prepare comprehensive reports on college interactions, progress, and outcomes, and share them with relevant stakeholders within the organization.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
Previous experience in customer service, business development, or relationship management is preferred.
Knowledge and understanding of the Indian education system, particularly in Haryana and Uttar Pradesh, is highly desirable.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders.
Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple college engagements simultaneously.
Willingness to travel extensively across various states to visit colleges regularly.
