Job Description:We are seeking a talented and dynamic Animator with 2-3 years of experience to join ourcreative team. This individual will play a key role in bringing our projects to life, ensuring thatour animations are fluid, expressive, and innovative. The ideal candidate will have a strongfoundation in animation principles, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to convey complexemotions and actions through their work.

Qualifications:● 2-3 years of experience in animation, with a portfolio showcasing your skills andcreativity.● Proficiency in industry-standard animation software, such as Maya, Blender, or 3DSMax.● Proficient in creating and maintaining rigs for a variety of game characters andobjects.● Knowledge about Unity 3d is a plus.● Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with otherdepartments.● Degree in Animation, Film, Art, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities:● Collaborate with the animation team to create high-quality animations for ourprojects, including video games, animated series, and promotional materials.● Design and produce high-quality animations for characters, creatures, and in-gameobjects, ensuring they align with the game's artistic vision and gameplayrequirements.● Develop, test, and maintain rigs for a wide range of uses within the game, includingcharacters, creatures, and props.● Ensure animations are optimised for game performance, including maintainingappropriate poly counts, texture sizes, and implementing efficient animationtechniques suitable for real-time engines.
