Shift Timings : 6 pm to 3 am ISTPosition Responsibilities :We’re looking for a Salesforce System Engineer I–II who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and can work independently with minimal supervision. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving technical challenges, optimizing systems, and communicating clearly across global teams.What You’ll Do- Analyze and remediate Salesforce data storage issues (e.g., large task/email records, audit log cleanup) to control data footprint and performance.- Design, implement, and maintain integrations with internal and third-party systems (e.g., Pramata, Docu Sign, Saviynt).- Develop and deploy Apex (classes/triggers), Lightning Web Components, and Flows—with unit tests—for features such as lead routing and entitlement provisioning.- Configure Salesforce (objects, fields, validation rules, page layouts, permission sets) aligned to data & security models.- Manage UAT environments, coordinate cutovers, and troubleshoot deployment issues; participate in code reviews and release management/CI.- Administer permission sets and ensure secure access across Salesforce modules; follow least-privilege practices.- Collaborate with admins, BAs, QA, and product partners to gather requirements, document solutions, and run knowledge-
