In collaboration with Hard.Coded, a leader in software development and technological solutions, we are assembling a high-performance team to deliver a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) within 6 months. By leveraging the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js), we aim to create a solution that is scalable, robust, and cutting-edge. The selected candidates will be part of a dynamic environment where creativity meets technology, leading to unparalleled user experiences and groundbreaking branding strategies.

The Branding Club and Hard.Coded are searching for a Solutions Architect to lead the architectural efforts for our ambitious project, creating a scalable and robust MVP within 9 months using the MERN stack. As a Solutions Architect, you will work closely with both scrum teams and the Product Owner to design and implement a technical architecture that not only meets current requirements but also anticipates future growth and technology trends. Your expertise will ensure that our solution is innovative, efficient, and sustainable.

ResponsibilitiesDevelop a comprehensive solution architecture that aligns with business objectives and project goals.Collaborate with the Product Owner and Scrum Masters to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.Guide and mentor development teams on adherence to architectural standards and best practices.Review and approve proposed development releases, ensuring alignment with architectural vision.Identify and evaluate new technologies that can improve product performance and scalability.Lead the effort to resolve complex technical issues during the development process.Ensure security, reliability, and scalability are integrated into the architecture from the outset.Document and communicate architectural designs and standards to all stakeholders.

Must-HavesMaster’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.Proven experience as a Solutions Architect or similar role in software development projects.Strong understanding of the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js) and its application in building scalable applications.Deep knowledge of software architecture principles, design patterns, and best practices.Experience with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), microservices architectures, and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.

Nice to HavesCertifications relevant to software architecture (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect).Experience with DevOps practices and tools.Prior involvement in high-growth, early-stage projects where scalability was key to success.
