Job Description :

We are seeking a skilled Manager Firmware Power Electronics to join our team in Pune on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have expertise in developing firmware solutions for power electronics systems and will play a key role in integrating hardware and software components and Skills :

- Proficient in Embedded C/C++ for firmware development, essential for creating robust and efficient code. (Mandatory skill)

- Experience in Motor drives, Solar Invertor, UPS or similar power electronics products.

- Hands-on experience with CAN Open, Profinet, J1939, and Ethernet communication protocols for seamless device connectivity. (Mandatory skill)

- Expertise in Embedded kernels, bootloaders, and system software libraries to manage comprehensive embedded systems. (Mandatory skill)

- Must have a strong background in embedded coding, coding review, debugging, testing, and deployment.

- In-depth knowledge of RTOS (Real-Time Operating Systems) for designing efficient and reliable firmware solutions in real-time environments.

- Strong background in firmware development processes ensuring high-quality output for mission-critical applications.

- Competence in hardware-software integration to ensure seamless operation across all system components.

- Experience with Infineon TriCore, Freescale controller, TI platform , and STM32 development for versatile firmware solutions.

- Proficient with eclipse compiler platform and version control software, ensuring robust software management and collaboration.

Defining and implementation of software architecture.

- Code integration and code review.

- Ensure product/protocol requirements are clearly defined.

- Break down complex Firmware issues/ requirements into simple tasks.

- Express technical concepts and procedures clearly, precisely, and in easy-to-understand information, verbally and in writing to achieve successful outcome for the assigned responsibility related to Software Architecture Development.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Lead the firmware development lifecycle from requirement gathering to deployment, ensuring efficient and effective project execution.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement firmware solutions that align with project goals and technical specifications.

- Provide technical leadership in the development, testing, and debugging of firmware to meet rigorous performance standards.

- Manage system integration and testing to validate firmware functionality in various power electronics applications.

- Oversee the use of best practices in coding, including documentation and version control, to maintain high standards of software quality.

- Analyze and resolve system bugs and anomalies, ensuring optimal system performance and reliability.

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes, identifying and implementing strategies to enhance efficiency.

- Stay abreast of the latest technological advancements and integrate them into the company's firmware development practices.
