As a product head, you will be overseeing the entire product lifecycle, developing and executing product strategies, conducting market research, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring alignment with business goals. Key Responsibility Area:

- Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to inform product direction.
2. Product Life cycle Management
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond
- Define and prioritise product features, ensuring a seamless and user-centric experience.
3. Market Research
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify opportunities and threats in the industry.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.
4. Stakeholder Collaboration
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments, such as marketing, sales, and customer support.
- Ensure clear communication of product goals, timelines, and milestones.
5. Product Planning
- Develop detailed product roadmaps, considering resource allocation, timelines, and dependencies.
- Work closely with engineering teams to define technical requirements and constraints.
6. Customer Focus
- Gather and analyse customer feedback, incorporating insights into product improvements.
- Implement user testing and data-driven decision-making processes for product enhancements.
7. Financial Management
- Manage the product budget effectively, optimizing resources for maximum impact.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and iterate based on results.
8. Quality Assurance
- Ensure the highest quality standards for products through rigorous testing and QA processes.
- Monitor and address any issues or bugs promptly.
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience into senior Product Management (WEALTH Domain experience is mandatory)
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of the industry and market dynamics.
- Strategic thinking with a results-driven mind-set.
