Role Details

We are currently looking for experienced Mobilisation Officer to join our client’s team

Based in their office in Belmont, working 8 days on, 6 days off, (ASAP start) you will be working in a busy recruitment team handling mobilisation activities of the business for a busy electrical company.

Must have experience in the process of mobilising to mining projects like MRL, FMG, BHP and a good understanding of mypass, INX Workflows, LMS

Role Requirements and Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience in a similar position - customer focus role within an office environment.
  
• Experience in mobilisation )of blue-collar workforce.
  
• High level customer relationship management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate and high-quality work.
  
• A positive, proactive, and flexible attitude.
  
• High level of organisation skills and ability to manage conflicting priorities and deadlines.
  
• Good judgement and decision making.
  
• High level communication and IT skills.
  
• Ability to cooperate and work autonomously and in a team environment.
