Sr. Digital Marketing Executive

We are seeking an experienced and driven Sr. Digital Marketing Executive to oversee the operations of our business and manage a talented team comprising designers, content writers, customer care representatives, and digital marketers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, excellent leadership skills, and a strategic mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to meet client objectives.
* Oversee day-to-day operations of the digital marketing team, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
* Coordinate and manage the efforts of the design, content, customer care, and digital marketing teams.
* Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to clients and stakeholders.
* Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and develop tailored digital marketing plans.
* Ensure the delivery of high-quality digital content, including social media posts, blog articles, email newsletters, and website updates.
* Optimize digital marketing processes and workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
* Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies, and integrate them into the company's strategies.
* Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.
* Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews, providing guidance and support to team members.
