10to 15 years.
Minimum5 years of experience as Principal in a reputed CBSE school.
Experienceas a Founder Principal will be an addedadvantage.
Qualification: B.Ed/M.Ed Post Graduate in a teachingsubject.
Role
To champion thestaff development process so that they realize their potential andattain higher levels of excellence.
The Principal servesas the educational leader responsible for managing the policiesregulations in a safe learning environment that meets the approvedcurricula and builds a school culture aligned to the Vision Missionand Core Values in all aspects both administrative andacademic.
Works collaboratively to direct and nurture allmembers of the school staff hired by the Board of Directors and tocommunicate effectively with parents and the community
Toreview workload of staff members for best productivity &quality through staff mapping identifying strengths teaching levelsof academic staff.
Identifies strategies for Improvingstudent achievement:
Planning and implementing thetraining calendar for all staff in terms of improvement of theirpotential.Tolead annual planning budgeting and the manpower requirements of theschool every year
To align all staff to the school svision mission and values through staff orientation at thebeginning of each academic session.
To ensure feedback istaken from the new staff as a step towards staff and schooldevelopment
To coordinate with marketing team forimplementing initiatives w.r.t to marketing and branding of theschoolTocoordinate student admissions in terms of designing and releasingof advertisements/bulletin of information final selection ofstudents and communicating the same to the parents in consultationwith the Promoter/Director.
To be accountable forimplementation of RTE and any other government norms/legalcompliances pertaining to education. To ensure all staff membersare aware of the same.
Creation of the annual budgetaccording to the mission and vision of school expansion in keepingwith timelines and procedures recommended by theBoard.
Requirements
Excellent communication skills and a pleasingpersonality
Outstanding school administration skills andeducation management.
Capability to manage people staffteachers and parents
Decisionmaking time management andcommitment towards creating productive educationalexperience
Selectedcandidate will be provided accommodation. (2 BHK semi furnished)and Car for Officialpurpose.
