We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Reliability Engineering Manager (SRE Manager) to join our growing team.

You will play a pivotal role in leading and building a high-performing SRE team responsible for ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of our critical infrastructure and applications.

Leveraging your in-depth knowledge of SRE principles, DevOps practices, and cloud technologies, you will provide technical leadership, establish best practices, and drive continuous improvement within the SRE organization.

Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor a team of SRE engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and ownership.

- Define and implement the overall SRE strategy, aligning it with business objectives and technology roadmap.

- Develop and maintain Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for critical infrastructure and applications.

- Design, implement, and automate monitoring and alerting systems to proactively identify and resolve potential issues.

- Lead incident response efforts, ensuring efficient troubleshooting and rapid resolution of production incidents.

- Champion the adoption of DevOps practices and continuous improvement methodologies within the SRE team.

- Collaborate with development teams to ensure infrastructure and applications are designed and built with operability in mind.

- Drive the implementation and management of infrastructure on cloud platforms (e., AWS, Azure, GCP).

- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in SRE practices, cloud technologies, and automation tools.

- Foster knowledge sharing and learning within the SRE team through training and mentorship programs.

- Develop and maintain technical documentation for the SRE processes and tools.

- Manage the SRE team budget and resources effectively.

Technical Skills (Required) :

- 6-8 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) or a related field.

- In-depth understanding of SRE principles, including automation, monitoring, incident response, and capacity planning.

- Strong knowledge of DevOps methodologies and tools (e., Git, CI/CD pipelines).

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for infrastructure management (a plus).

- Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) (a plus).

- Proficiency in scripting languages (e., Python, Bash) for automation tasks.

- Experience with monitoring and alerting tools (e., Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog) (a plus).

- Experience with incident management frameworks (e., SRE handbook) (a plus).

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.

- Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and meet deadlines.

- Ability to mentor and inspire a team of engineers.

Educational Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field (or equivalent experience)
