Role Description :

This is a full-time on-site role for an Automation Specialist at Mobile Programming LLC in Bengaluru. The Automation Specialist will be responsible for process automation, troubleshooting, creating and executing test cases, and ensuring quality assurance. The role will involve working closely with teams to identify and implement automation opportunities, as well as maintaining and improving existing automation frameworks.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Java and Selenium.
  • Design and implement automated tests for API testing.
  • Collaborate with developers and other QA team members to ensure high-quality software releases.
  • Execute and analyze test results to identify and troubleshoot issues.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to improve code quality.
  • Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
  • Continuously enhance test frameworks and improve testing efficiency.
Requirements :
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience in QA automation using Java and Selenium.
  • Strong understanding of API testing and tools (e.g., Postman, REST Assured).
  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools (e.g., Jenkins).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with performance testing tools.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
  • Familiarity with cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure).
