QA Engineer , you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and functionality of various software products by thoroughly testing them. You will be responsible for creating test plans, writing and executing test cases, and reporting test results to higher management. This role involves close collaboration with the development team, UX designers, and other stakeholders. You will also contribute towards enhancing the testing process, with automation testing being a key focus in the future.Key Responsibilities:Test Planning and Strategy :○ Design and develop detailed test plans for new and existing products.○ Collaborate with the development, UX, and product management teams tounderstand product requirements and use cases.○ Define the scope, objectives, and deliverables for each testing cycle.Test Case Creation and Execution :○ Create and document comprehensive test cases based on product specifications.○ Perform manual testing of web, mobile, and desktop applications to identify bugs,issues, and performance bottlenecks.○ Ensure thorough regression, functional, and integration testing is conducted.Defect Tracking and Reporting :○ Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate defect managementtools.○ Report test progress and issues to higher management, ensuring transparency inproject status.○ Work closely with developers to reproduce issues and ensure they are resolvedin a timely manner.Collaboration :○ Work closely with the development team to understand new features and improvements.○ Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure the product meets user expectations.○ Interact with stakeholders to provide insights into testing results and overallquality.Automation

(Future Scope):○ Learn and adopt automation testing tools to improve testing efficiency and coverage.○ Write automated scripts for repetitive test cases, ensuring faster releases.6.

Continuous Improvement :○ Identify and implement improvements in the testing processes and workflows.○ Keep up to date with new testing tools and methodologies to ensure testing is asefficient and effective as possible.Required Skills:●

Manual Testing : Experience in manual testing of web, mobile, or desktop applications.●

Test Case Design : Ability to write clear, comprehensive, and detailed test cases.●

Bug Tracking Tools : Experience with bug tracking and project management tools (e.g.,JIRA, Bugzilla, Trello).●

Collaboration : Strong communication and teamwork skills to work with cross-functionalteams.●

Problem Solving : Good analytical skills and attention to detail to detect defects andresolve issues.●

Automation
