to join our team full-time at our Bangalore office.

Google Ads Specialist

Location:
Bangalore (Work From Office Only – No Remote / Freelancers)

Experience Required:
2–3 years minimum (please don't apply if you have less)

Type:

What You'll Do

  • Plan, execute, and optimize
    Google Ads campaigns
    across Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube.
  • Work across
    D2C brands (e-commerce sales)
    and
    B2B companies (lead generation)
    .
  • Conduct deep
    keyword research
    , competitor analysis, and audience targeting.
  • Monitor daily budgets, bids, and campaign performance to maximize ROI.
  • Build, track, and analyze campaign reports using Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other tools.
  • Collaborate with performance marketers, designers, and strategists to build high-converting ad funnels.
  • A/B test creatives, landing pages, and ad copies for continuous performance improvement.
  • Stay updated with the latest
    Google Ads trends, policies, and features
    .

What We're Looking For

  • 2–3 years of proven Google Ads experience
    (both D2C & B2B).
  • Strong track record in
    scaling e-commerce sales
    and
    driving quality B2B leads
    .
  • Hands-on expertise with:
  • Google Ads Manager
  • Google Analytics
  • Google Keyword Planner
  • Conversion tracking setups (GA4, GTM, Pixel tracking)
  • Ability to manage
    budgets of ₹30–40L+ per month
    .
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
  • Problem solver who can work independently but thrives in a team.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Hotjar, etc.
