Key Responsibilities:Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate databases.
Support the HR department in implementing company policies and procedures.
Handle employee documentation and maintain up-to-date and accurate employee files.
Assist in organizing and coordinating HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc.) and take minutes.
Help in payroll management, preparation, and administration.
Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise.
Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies.
Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates.
Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews.
Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits, and organizing team building activities.
Essential Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant field.
Proven experience as an HR Assistant, Staff Assistant, or relevant human resources/administrative position.
Familiarity with HR software and computer systems (HRIS or HRMS and Microsoft Office).
Benefits

Ability to handle data with confidentiality.
Good understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures.
Proficient in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
Specific Criteria:Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in similar roles within the GCC region.
Certification in Human Resources (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) is considered a plus.
Must be currently residing in Qatar or willing to relocate.
