Œuvrant dans plusieurs régions et différents sites Nike, les employés du service Finance font beaucoup plus que manipuler des chiffres.WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?We are looking for a Finance professional who will provide strategic financial management and business partnership expertise for Nike’s Global Technology Centers. Drives all local financial management and reporting activities related to the Technology Centers, partnering with site operations, business teams, technology teams, and functional stakeholders across Controlling, Tax, Legal, HR, Procurement, etc. Also, serves as a primary point of contact for all regulatory compliance issues related to the Global Technology Centers, interfacing with internal and external stakeholders.The role will be based in the Bangalore office. In addition to Tech Center Finance responsibilities, the Lead Finance role will also support the broader Global program, driving best practices and support the development of the finance engagement model across all centers. The role will report into Finance Director and be the finance business partner to the Site Operations, Site Leader, and Domain Leaders.WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?This role provides support to the Finance Director and is a key member of the Global Technology Center Finance Team; works with key cross-functional stakeholders providing local finance support and ensures financial processes/workstreams are seamlessly integrated into global corporate planning gates (AOP, Budget, Forecasts)Technology Center ResponsibilitiesStatutory Reporting- Provides financial support and analysis for all statutory reporting requirements.

Financial Governance- Leverages a controlling and governance mindset to ensure appropriate compliance with financial policies and regulations.

Resource Planning- Supports resource planning efforts, partnering with HR/TA teams, ensuring site capacity and affordability, in-line with the overall Global Tech Center initiative.

Financial Close- Manages all daily responsibilities related to the Tech Center program-level month close and forecast process, ensuring actuals and forecasts in-line with individual team plans.

Technology Center reporting- provides spend analysis and HC reporting to Geo finance and business teams (including strategic investments) on a regular basis.

Vendor Management- Partners with procurement team on evaluating vendor contracts; develops business cases to satisfy Technology governance requirements.

Global ResponsibilitiesBusiness Case/Value- Develop and maintain the business case financial model for the Technology Centers; tracks and monitors KPIs, provides spend analysis and resource reporting to GT finance & other central teams.

Business Planning- Supports business planning processes for Tech Centers on behalf of Global Tech Finance; ensures Global Technology governance requirements are met and tracked.

Finance Partnership- Partners with individual Global Technology team finance leads on development of financial plans (AOP, Budgets, Forecasts, Perf. Mgmt); owns Tech Center resource plan of record.

Engagement Model- Helps creates financial best practices and supports the development of the finance engagement model between Tech Center locations and global teams.

Technology Center Reporting- Measures executional progress and provides recommendations to the Finance Directors, program team, and global tech finance in line with overall global plans.

People appreciate your ability to be resourceful in the face of ambiguity and to find solutions on your own.WHAT YOU BRINGChartered Accountant and/or MBA Finance with 7+ years broad finance experience, ideally in global matrixed organizations

Deep understanding of local India business laws, policies, and regulations and a basic understanding of laws, policies and regulations of other countries like US, China & Poland.

Experience partnering with cross functional stakeholders and influencing key business decisions

Experience in developing complex financial business plans (strategic financial plans, budgets and forecasts, Resource plans)

Ability to take complex information (financial and technical) and communicate concisely to broad audiences

An understanding of global and local business planning and investment governance processes

Preferred experience in a Technology org / Global Capability Center
