Senior Technology Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technology Engineer with strong expertise in RTS (Real-Time Systems) and Redis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining high-performance, low-latency systems that support mission-critical applications. This role requires a blend of strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
RequirementsKey Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize real-time distributed systems leveraging Redis.
- Implement caching strategies, replication, clustering, and persistence in Redis for high availability and scalability.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve performance bottlenecks in real-time applications.
- Collaborate with architects, product owners, and developers to deliver reliable, high-throughput solutions.
- Automate deployment, monitoring, and scaling of Redis clusters in production environments.
- Ensure data integrity, consistency, and fault tolerance across systems.
- Drive best practices in system design, coding standards, and performance optimization.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.
- 8–10 years of overall IT experience, with strong expertise in RTS & Redis.
- Proven hands-on experience in Redis Cluster, Sentinel, Pub/Sub, Streams, and Lua scripting.
- Strong background in designing and building real-time, low-latency systems.
- Experience with Linux/Unix environments, performance tuning, and system-level debugging.
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages: Java, Python, C++, or Go.
- Knowledge of distributed systems, data structures, algorithms, and concurrency.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Hands-on experience with real-time analytics platforms or high-throughput systems.
- Experience in DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible).
- Exposure to Kafka, RabbitMQ, or other messaging/streaming platforms.
