Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Research Chemist. The successful candidate will work closely with our research scientists to conduct experiments, collect and analyze chemical data, and contribute to the development of innovative solutions in chemistry. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate with a passion for chemistry to gain valuable research experience and make a positive impact in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities:

  • Assist research scientists in planning and conducting experiments related to chemistry research projects.
  • Perform laboratory techniques such as chemical synthesis, spectroscopic analysis, chromatography, and chemical characterization under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of experimental procedures, observations, and results.
  • Analyze experimental data using statistical and computational tools, and assist in interpreting findings.
  • Contribute to the preparation of research reports, presentations, and publications in the field of chemistry.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve project goals and milestones.
  • Adhere to laboratory safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.


Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Chemistry or a related field.
  • Strong academic background with coursework or research experience in organic chemistry, analytical chemistry, physical chemistry, or chemical engineering.
  • Hands-on laboratory experience with common chemical techniques and equipment.
  • Proficiency in basic laboratory calculations, data analysis, and statistical methods.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
