Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant General Manager (AGM) - Projects Civil Engineering at Poetry Design & Build located in Bengaluru. The AGM - Projects Civil Engineering will be responsible for overseeing construction projects, managing the project team, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets, and coordinating with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Proven experience in project management in the Villa construction industry
- Proven labour sourcing and management skills
- Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles and practices
- Proficiency in project management techniques
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
- Experience in cost estimation and budgeting
- Project management certification is a plus
- Experience in the residential construction sector is preferred
