Being 100% digital, Ring makes it easier for customers to scan QR code at their preferred merchant stores.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) will be responsible for overseeing the information security policies and procedures within an organization. The CISO is tasked with ensuring that the organization's information assets are adequately protected against unauthorized access, breaches, and data loss.
Key responsibilities include:
Developing and implementing an information security strategy : Create and maintain a comprehensive information security strategy that aligns with the organization's goals and objectives.
Managing the information security program : Oversee the implementation of security policies, standards, guidelines, and procedures to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the organization's information assets.
Risk management : Identify, assess, and prioritize information security risks to the organization and develop strategies to mitigate those risks.
Security awareness and training : Develop and implement security awareness and training programs to educate employees about information security best practices.
Incident response and management : Develop and maintain an incident response plan to quickly respond to and recover from security incidents.
Security compliance : Ensure that the organization complies with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to information security.
Vendor and third-party risk management : Manage the security risks associated with third-party vendors and service providers.
Security Architecture : Design and implement security controls and technologies to protect the organization's information assets.
Security monitoring and reporting : Monitor the organization's information systems for security incidents and report on the effectiveness of security controls.
Budgeting and resource management : Develop and manage the information security budget and allocate resources effectively to meet security objectives.
Skills & Expertise:
Compliance and Regulatory Knowledge : Understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to information security, such as GDPR, HIPAA, PCI DSS, etc.
8+ years of experience in a similar role
University Graduate with a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or any other discipline.
