Role Description:

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior SEO Executive / Assistant Manager located in Gurgaon, with some work from home flexibility. The daily tasks include developing and implementing SEO strategies, conducting keyword research, optimizing content, monitoring performance metrics, and staying up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and algorithm updates. The role also involves collaborating with content creators, web developers, and other marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented across campaigns.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement SEO strategies across websites and campaigns
  • Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to uncover opportunities
  • Optimize content and implement best practices for on-page SEO
  • Track and analyze SEO performance metrics to deliver actionable insights
  • Stay updated on search engine algorithms and SEO trends
  • Collaborate with content creators, web developers, and marketing teams to ensure SEO-first implementation
  • Work on technical SEO aspects including website architecture and crawling issues

Skills & Experience:

  • Strong expertise in SEO strategy, keyword research & content optimization
  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console & other SEO tools
  • Knowledge of technical SEO (site audits, architecture, indexing)
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript is a plus
  • Excellent analytical, communication & collaboration skills
  • 3–6 years of relevant SEO experience in a fast-paced environment (agency experience preferred)
